I hope to assist my clients in improving their body function. Relieving pain and stress, helping them to feel the best they can in their bodies, so they can live their lives to the fullest!

Improved health is my passion and I take my studies in health very seriously. Whether you are an athlete, work physically for a living or are an expectant mother, my goal is to help to improve any pain or stress you are experiencing while also teaching you why these pains exist and preparing you with tools and techniques that you can bring home with you.

Continuing to improve my knowledge is extremely important to me. I initially acquired a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from Quinnipiac University 2002, graduated top of my class from the Clinical Massage Therapist Program @ The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy 2003. I naturally became interested in Pre and Post-natal massage, becoming certified in MotherMassge; Massage During Pregnancy and Massage Through The Childbearing Years, Infant Massage. I have advanced training in Myofasical Therapy, Orthopedic Massage & Pain Management, John Barnes Myofascial Release and Aromatherapy and am a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM.

Achieving good health is not just one thing, but a combination of many things in anyone’s life. My purpose is to share the tools and skills I have learned with my clients as specifically to their situation as possible, so they can live their lives to the fullest.

Besides the joy I receive in working with my MFR clients, I have three young children, 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, and several farm animals that keeps me on my toes…busy, happy and always learning.
