What is BodyMind Coaching?

BodyMind Coaching is the process of tuning into the body, its intuition, and its gut feeling so one can truly listen to what it is saying. So many individuals are running around, disconnected from their bodies. We tend to be overworked and overstressed, finding little or no time to make ourselves a priority. The objective of BodyMind coaching is to support women in identifying the root cause of this stress and help them create new daily habits or patterns to better manage the stress and pain in their life.

BodyMind Coaching is a highly effective strategy to help learn the language the body speaks. The body is talking all the time -- providing both positive and negative feedback! During BodyMind Coaching sessions we evaluate the current habits or patterns that are keeping individuals stuck in a negative feedback loop and use physiology and intuition to establish new neural pathways that feel aligning, energizing and exciting! When one is living in alignment with their true values and beliefs, the body will also be in alignment.

Through BodyMind Coaching I help women feel aligned in their bodies by guiding them to embody the energy of how they want to feel. I coach and support clients to stop ignoring the signs and symptoms their bodies’ are telling them, and instead open their hearts to fully feel what it is the body needs to feel healthy and happy. This in turn allows them to cultivate this energy into positive changes they can see and feel good about in their everyday lives. In fact, when a client reconnects with the body and listens to what it's saying, the positive effects ripple through so many other facets of life. 

In order to change behavior I support clients on a journey to discover what it feels like to live a life fully connected. I genuinely believe that your body has all the answers, we just need to slow down, pause, breath and listen. The most common mistake I witness individuals make is looking for something outside of themselves when the answers to their questions are within. I teach clients how to listen and be heard. I find that when allowed the chance to pause, breath, and receive first, clients are able to give so much more to themselves and those around them.
